Fairies, Monkeys and FUNdraising Ideas

Dear Readers,

We have had a fabulous time getting to know you all these past few months. It's been an incredible year and we feel blessed to have such a great group of ever-growing readers.

This is a time for New Year Resolutions and as our young site rushes headlong towards its first anniversary, we want to do more. We want to share our blessings with those less fortunate in the hope that it will someday somehow make a difference.

And we are confident that you will be there alongside us as we strive together to bring happiness and cheer to the world. Lofty ideals? Perhaps...but we believe in them. After all 'every journey begins with a single step'.

We are ready to take that step. But we cannot do it without YOU.

Usually a drab and dreary topic, we decided to jazz it up a little and make it more FUN. We are into kids room decor, you know! You've been busy raising your little fairies and naughty monkeys. Now it's time to raise some FUNds.

Here is our first cause and we have a special campaign on RIGHT NOW!

"St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, founded by the late entertainer Danny Thomas, is one of the world's premier centers for the research and treatment of pediatric cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases. Children from all 50 states and around the world have come through the doors of St. Jude for treatment, and thousands more have benefited from the research conducted at St. Jude—research that is shared freely with the global medical community."

As parents we can understand the wretched helplessness of parents who need to bring their children to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Watching these young lives battle pain with a brave smile makes us want to do more than just smile in sympathy.

Due to certain legalities, we are unable to mention the campaign details now. We will post them as soon as we can.

Help us make this FUNdraising a success. You do not have to do anything extra. Simply have FUN shopping for and decorating your little one's room. Just remember to purchase all items through our site and with our trusted vendors. Every penny counts, so please join our cause.
